His clients have included companies across aerospace and defense, high-technology manufacturing, petrochemicals, automotive, commodity trading and the oil and gas industries.

Steve brings almost 30 years of leadership experience in business integration, business transformation, systems/technology implementation, business process/controls improvement. Steven has delivered major programs and business transformation initiatives for several clients including global integrated oil companies and independent U.S. refiners/marketers. Initiatives focused on deploying technology to improve trading/commercial, risk management, and hydrocarbon supply chain by improving operational efficiency and enabling better business decision-making through improved data.
Kait Dinunzio

With a successful career dedicated to adding value to clients, Kait will lead Pyxis’ global organizational change practice and support Pyxis’ global clients with mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and complex business and IT implementation services. Kait brings almost 20 years of leadership experience designing and implementing strategic plans, leading change initiatives, and driving successful project management outcomes. Kait joins Pyxis from Helios Consulting, a leading provider of organizational and operational leadership advisory services, where she was a Senior Partner. Based in Calgary, Canada, Kait will also lead Pyxis’ growth in its rapidly expanding Canadian market; leveraging her deep experience providing organizational leadership services to both corporate and public sector companies.

Matt brings 30 years of experience in global manufacturing, distribution, energy, power/utilities, oil and gas; encompassing corporate strategy, operations, transportation, marketing and back-office processes. His primary focus areas include mergers and acquisitions, business operations and planning, energy trading and risk management, manufacturing execution systems, supply chain management, logistics, asset maintenance and reliability, and leading large-scale business transformation initiatives. He brings global expertise, having lived and worked in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Central/South America.
